THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between Mr. Yards and More, LLC, 8729 Remi Drive, Lincoln, NE 68526, hereinafter called “Contractor”, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, and the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and the Lincoln- Lancaster County Public Building Commission hereinafter called the “Owners”.
