These Terms and Conditions (“the Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user,” or “referrer”) and LaunchSource, LLC (“LaunchSource,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a Massachusetts organization, governing your participation in the LaunchSource Referral Program (the “Referral Program,” or “Program”).
