This Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders (“Employer” or “County”), and the Management Association (“Union”), and has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
