This Agreement covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Account(s) offered to you by the EUCCU (Credit Union). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” means anyone who signs a Membership Application, (Account Card) or Account Change Card. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more share or other accounts you have with the Credit Union. The classification and form of ownership of your accounts are designated on your Membership Application. By signing the Membership Application that is a part of the Agreement, or by establishing and using the account, each of you, jointly and severally, agrees to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including the Funds Availability Policy, Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement, Privacy Policy, and the Truth-in- Savings Disclosures (Rate and Fee Schedule) accompanying this Agreement, any account receipt, the Credit Union’s bylaws and policies, and any amendments which colle
