The Landlord will enter into a Housing Assistance Payments Contract ("Contract") with a Public Housing Agency (PHA) under the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Under the Contract, the PHA will make housing assistance payments to the Landlord to assist the family, of which the Tenant is the representative ("Tenant Family"), to lease the dwelling unit from the Landlord.
