This document is a loddie agreement that creates a license for a lodger to occupy a room (or rooms) within a property. It is different from a lease agreement that it does not create the same rights for a tenant, as a tenant would have less than one tenure. The document can be used when a lodger should be given the use of a room on a property, but it will not be given exclusive possession, and will share common parts of the property with the owner and/or other people. In particular, the owner must retain access to the room that should be used by the Lodger. In addition, it should be taken into account that if the Lodger should not share some common parts of the property, they may acquire some rights, as a tenant or person in possession excluded, which may require a court order before the eviction if the Lodger You don't want to worry.
