These Corporate Membership Rewards program Terms and Conditions are an extension of the American Express Global Corporate Payment Agreement entered into by and between you, the Client and us, American Express. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which American Express Australia Limited will provide a Corporate Membership Rewards program for corporate entities in Australia.
