THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 24th day of April, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and among the City of Fishers Redevelopment Commission, a commission authorized and existing pursuant to Ind. Code § 36- 7-14 et. seq. (the “Commission"), the Fishers Town Hall Building Corporation, an Indiana not for profit corporation (the “Building Corporation”) and ByteCubed LLC a/k/a U.Group, a Delaware limited liability company (“U.Group” and together with the Commission and the Building Corporation, the “Parties”), as follows:
