THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and between DeKalb County, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (hereinafter the “County”), Irvin Johnson, in his official capacity as the Tax Commissioner of DeKalb County (hereinafter the Tax Commissioner”), and the City of Avondale Estates, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia (hereinafter “the Municipality”).
