CALATLANTIC GROUP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (successor-in-interest by conversion to CALATLANTIC GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation), having an address at 6701 Carmel Road, Suite 425, Charlotte, North Carolina 28226 at times d.b.a. Lennar Corporation, (the "Obligor") and the CITY OF TEGA CAY, a South Carolina municipality (the “Obligee” and at times the “City”). At times herein, the Obligor and Obligee are collectively referred to as the “parties” or individually as a “party”.
