This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement made and entered into this 21st day of August. 2014 by and between the CITY OF DOVER, a municipal corporation within the County of Strafford and the State of New Hampshire (hereinafter called the "CITY"), as party of the first part, and JAMES MICHAEL JOYAL, JR., of the City of Dover, County of Strafford, and State of New Hampshire (hereinafter called "EMPLOYEE"), as party of the second part;
