THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of October 26, 2015 between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (the “City”) and CBD Biosciences, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Company’’) and Pueblo Development Foundation, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (“PDF”).
