THIS INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into, effective April 21, 2021 between GARFIELD COUNTY, a government agency organized in Washington State, (“CUSTOMER”), and the JAMESTOWN S'KLALLAM TRIBE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, a political subdivision of a Federally recognized Indian Tribe, dba Jamestown Networks (“JNET”), CUSTOMER and JNET are sometimes referred to in this Agreement as the "Parties."
