The Property includes approximately 1.0 acre identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 459-13- 02-013 (0.24 acres), 459-13-02-038 (negligible), 459-13-02-035 (0.45 acres), and 459- 13-02-037 (0.17 acres). In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of April 30, 2024, and any amendments thereto, by Marti Holdings, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
