I, the below named individual, hereby request permission to participate as a volunteer at the Pebble Beach Company's ("PBC") Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, located at various locations within Pebble Beach Resorts, including The Lodge at Pebble Beach, Pebble Beach Golf Links, Casa Palmero, The Beach & Tennis Club, The Inn and Links at Spanish Bay, and other related resort facilities (the "Resort"), on August 12-18, 2024 (the "Event"). PBC is willing to allow me such use and access to its equipment and the Resort, but only in consideration for my agreement to the terms of this Assumption of Risk and Release Agreement for Volunteers (the "Agreement"), in addition to any other conditions which PBC may reasonably impose.
