This Data Processing Addendum, including its Schedules, (“DPA”) forms part of either the EVENT LICENSE AGREEMENT or EVENT LICENSE & RACE SUPPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT (as applicable, the “Agreement”) between WORLD TRIATHLON CORPORATION (“IRONMAN”) and LICENSEE (as defined in the Agreement) in connection with LICENSEE conducting the Event(s) under the terms of the Agreement, to reflect the Parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
