I, , have read, understand and agree to abide by the conditions of the Arrow’s Heart Animal Rescue volunteer agreement and waiver. I understand that all work done with Arrow’s Heart Animal Rescue is done at my own risk and here by release Arrow’s Heart Animal Rescue of any liability, property damages and medical costs arising from any known, unknown or any anticipated or unanticipated damages to people, animals, or property while the animal(s) is/are under my care and supervision. I am fully aware of, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions of this volunteer agreement and waiver, and that it is a binding contract.
