Enclosed for your signature are the Residential Retrofit and/or Heating System Agreements (“Agreements”) for financing energy efficiency improvements at and a loan application from the Green Mountain Credit Union ("GMCU"). GMCU will process your loan application based on the estimated price shown on Attachment A of the VGS Agreement for a total estimated loan amount of $ . Please note that this is a "not to exceed" amount. When the job is finished, if the project cost is less than this estimated amount, your payments will be based on the actual project cost.
