This Rhode Island Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the school district, [Name of LEA] (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and Jigsaw Learning LLC dba TeachTown (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on 4/18/2023. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
