Box 270145, Fort Collins, Colorado 80527 and RELIABLE LENDING SERVICES, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (together, “Grantee”) (the “Parties”). This Agreement shall be effective on the date of mutual execution by the Parties (“Effective Date”).
