The Gym owner/Head Instructor has the right to terminate this agreement at any stage if you do not conform to the rules of the gym and/or if you are deemed to put someone else’s health and safety at risk. This membership does not include training fees for other Affiliated Clubs. Open mats are considered a normal class and as such counted as 1 class. Coast Academy is a family friendly gym that encourages; Courage. Respect. Honesty and Loyalty. Therefore Coast Academy will not accept memberships from anyone with criminal convictions (in NZ or Overseas) for violence, drug use or supply or any convictions against minors and/or any current gang member or affiliated parties. Coast Academy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu reserves the right to terminate any agreement and reserves the right to conduct police background checks (if deemed needed) to keep our gym members and family safe.
