This WRITTEN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this February 12, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), between MIDWAY CITY, UTAH, a political subdivision and body politic duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of Utah (the “Local Entity”) and PETROS PACE FINANCE TITLING TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (including its designee, successors and assigns, the “Lender”).
