This INTEREST DEFERRAL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of January 25, 2019 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), by and among TGLT S.A., a corporation (sociedad anónima) formed under the laws of Argentina (the “Company”), and the holders of the Notes (as defined below) listed on Schedule I hereto (each, a “Deferring Noteholder” and, together with the Company, the “Parties”).
