Term of Agreement: The term of this Agreement shall be from July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013. Either party may terminate this Agreement with cause upon thirty (30) days, or without cause upon (ninety) 90 days, written notice to the other party. Termination of this Agreement will not affect or extinguish rights and responsibilities that may have accrued as of the effective date of the termination, including, but not limited to, the right to receive payment or reimbursement for any financial obligations incurred.
