THIS BORROWER AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you (“Borrower”) and Raiseli, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Raiseli", "we" or "us") for the benefit of Raiseli Funding, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Raiseli Funding”). This Agreement will govern your relationship with the Raiseli Platform in connection with any loan request (“application”) that you submit to the Raiseli Platform, and any resulting offer of Borrower Payment Dependent Notes (“Notes”) corresponding to such application. Please carefully read this Agreement, the terms of use ("Terms of Use") and any other information posted on the Raiseli website or provided to you (the “Published Information”), and print and retain a copy of these documents for your records. By completing your registration, you agree to the following terms together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, AND AGREE TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE WITH US RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION.
