This Bridges Contract ("Contract") is entered intoBridges Contract • May 15th, 2022
and (the Owner or an authorized representative). The purpose of this Contract is to assist the person(s) ("Household") identified in Section 1(A) to lease a decent, safe, and sanitary rental unit ("Dwelling Unit") from the Owner. The Housing Agency will make a monthly housing subsidy payment to the Owner on behalf of the Household in accordance with this Contract, with funds made available by the State of Minnesota, through the Bridges Program of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.
