HSA requests your Board's approval of the agreement with SCAP in the amount of $36,186 and a one-time augmentation of $17,445 to an existing agreement with HIV Prevention Project for Injection Drug Users (HPPIDU) for the Hepatitis Screening and Vaccination Project.
