(“L.P.”), Carlyle Infrastructure Partners, L.P. (“CIP”), The Carlyle Group Employee Co., L.L.C. (“Employee Co.”), Robert Dove (“Dove”), and Bryan Lin (“Lin”) (collectively, “Carlyle”), on the other hand. Capitalized terms used herein that are not defined where first used carry the meanings ascribed to them, respectively, in Section 1 hereof.
