This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOU") is entered into by the Cooperative Agricultural Support Services Authority ("CASS"), a joint powers agency and independent contractor, and the County of Merced, a political subdivision of the State of California ("County"). The County and CASS shall collectively be referred to as the "Parties".
