IN CONSIDERATION of being given the opportunity to participate in Rowing Experiences Advancing Cardiovascular Health (R.E.A.C.H.) (“REACH”), I, for myself, my minor child, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin: HEREBY GRANT my specific permission to REACH and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, event organizers, sponsors, advertisers, participants, agents, and assignees to make and/or obtain photographic images of my minor during REACH events and to publish, copyright, distribute and/or display photographic images taken of my minor child on the day(s) of REACH events.
