This Second Renewal to Agreement (the “Amendment”) is dated and effective July 1, 2020, and is by and between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (the “District”) and PowerSchool Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company authorized to transact business in Florida, as successor in interest to PeopleAdmin, Inc. (the “Contractor”). The District and Contractor may collectively be referred to as the “Parties.” The Parties, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, agree as follows:
