This Consumer User Reserve Account Agreement (this “Agreement”) governs the non-interest bearing deposit account (the “Account”) made available to you by Synapse Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Synapse”), as a technology service provider of Evolve Bank & Trust (“Bank”), a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”). Access to your Account and the services under this Agreement is available only through the website and/or phone application (the “Mobile App”) of the internet Platform Program Partner, Yotta Saving (“Platform”) that is responsible for making the services available to you and as a result, some services under this Agreement may not be available to you. You should review your agreement with Platform for a complete list of services available. As used in this document the words “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Bank and Synapse, our successors, affiliates, or assignees, and the words “you” and “your” refer to the account holder(s) and anyone else with the author
