Oregon Corporation (hereinafter “the Owner ”) , being the record owner of the real Property located in Jackson County, Oregon, described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof (hereinafter “the Property ” or “the land ”), does hereby make and enter into this Deed Restriction containing the following restrictive covenant for the Property, specifying that the covenant shall constitute a covenant to run with the land and shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the Owner and its successors and assigns and all persons claiming under the land and that the Deed Restriction shall be for the benefit of and a limitation upon all future owners of the Property so long as the Deed Restriction remains in effect:
