SOF a sales order form issued by TES and signed by the Parties setting out the Services purchased by the Customer from TES, including where applicable any Equipment and/or Software, the Fees payable for such Services, the terms for which each of the Services and Software will be provided,and the Schedules applicable to each of the Services. Software TES Software, and/or any Third-Party Software, and/or any Customised Software as specified in a SOF. TES Software standard software components or modules of the Software that are owned by TES and supplied to theCustomer under this Agreement as detailed in an SOF and in accordance with Schedule 1. Third Party Software third party software supplied to theCustomer by TES and specified in an SOF.
