This Enterprise Subscription Agreement – Business Package (the “Agreement”) is entered into on , by and between Artlist Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel, having its principal offices at 20 Ahad Ha’am, Tel Aviv, Israel (“Artlist”), and North Kansas City School District, a company incorporated under the laws of MO, having its principal offices at 2000 NE 46th St, Kansas City, Missouri 64116, United States (“ The Customer”). Artlist and The Customer shall also be known, each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
