IELTS, the International English Language Testing System, and IELTS for UKVI (IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration) (the “Test”) is a test which is operated by the IELTS SELT Consortium whose comprising members are the British Council and IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English. Rights and responsibilities of applicants are set forth in these Terms as well as in the Declaration and Notice to Applicants. By submitting an application form, applicants are confirming that they have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth herein, and agree to abide by them. Applicants are requested to confirm the IELTS Life Skills Exam Terms or Regular IELTS Applicant Agreement with regard to the IELTS Life Skills exam and the Regular IELTS respectively.
