This MASTER CLOUD & MANAGED SERVICES AGREEMENT (together with the ADDENDUMS attached hereto, this “Agreement”), is by and between Contour Data Solutions, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“Contour,” “we,” or “our”), and Company Name, a State limited liability company | corporation (the “Customer” or “you”).
