This IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT (“Implementation Agreement”), dated for identification purposes only as of January , 2010, is made and entered into by and among JAMBOREE GREENLEAF, L.P., a California limited partnership (“Developer”), ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Authority”), and ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Agency”), with reference to the following recitals. Authority, Agency, and Developer are referred to together as “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
