This Angani’s Master Service Agreement (this “MSA”) is entered into between Angani Ltd. (“Angani”) and customer (“You”). You are not required to purchase services from Angani nor from any of its affiliates. If You elect to purchase services from Angani or its affiliates, please be advised of the following: (i) Cloud services will be provided by Angani; (ii) You will be required to sign separate Schedule(s) and to agree to related documents provided by Angani Ltd..This MSA will not govern the provision of any services provided by such third party, such third party- provided services are used at Your sole risk and pursuant to the terms and conditions you enter into with such third party.
