This Price Agreement is between the Oregon Department of Transportation (“ODOT”) and , hereafter called “Contractor.” ODOT and Contractor together are also referred to as “Parties” and individually referred to as “Party.” The primary contacts for this Price Agreement are identified in the table below. Each Party may change their respective Price Agreement Administrator designee by promptly sending written notice (e-mail acceptable) to the other Party with a copy to ODOT’s Procurement Specialist for this Price Agreement.
