The Parties agree that these Terms and Conditions govern the Services provided to the Customer by ATPI France SAS (trading as ATPI Corporate Travel, ATPI Sports Events, ATPI Corporate Events, ATPI Mining and Resources, ATPI Marine and Energy or ATPI Yacht Logistics) (“ATPI”). 1.
