This BenTips™ Group Certification, Confidentiality, and IP License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between You and Bennett Jacoby, DDS, MS, Inc., (the “Company”) as of the date of Your acceptance by signing below (“Effective Date”). The Company and You are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
