These Irdeto TraceMark General Terms and Conditions (United States) (“Terms”), are by and between Irdeto USA, Inc., with an address at 35 W. Huron St #501, Pontiac, MI 48342 (“Irdeto”), and the legal entity identified in the applicable Order (“Company). These Terms are effective as of the date of acceptance of the applicable Order (“Effective Date”). An “Order” is any document that incorporates these Terms by reference, and is signed by Company, and either Irdeto or an Irdeto-authorized reseller.
