This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (“South Coast AQMD”) and the City of Long Beach (“City”), in its capacity as the proprietor and certificated operator of the Long Beach Airport (“LGB” or “Airport”). The City and South Coast AQMD shall be referred to collectively as Parties (each a Party) to this MOU.
