ACN’s ultimate parent company, LKN Communications, Inc. shall be referred to as “ACN Inc”. ACN, ACN Inc and any subsidiary or holding company of either of them shall be considered an “ACN Company”. For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement, and all documents incorporated herein by reference, is made between me (the IBO) and ACN. “Compensation Plan” means the ACN Compensation Plan notified to you from time to time and, where applicable in accordance with clause 26, the Compensation Plan of any ACN Company, in whose jurisdiction you have personal customers or downline IBOs. “Policies and Procedures” means the ACN Policies and Procedures notified to you from time to time and, where applicable in accordance with clause 26, the Policies and Procedures of any ACN Company, in whose jurisdiction you have personal customers or downline IBOs.
