THIS DATA PROTECTION POLICY ("Policy") is intended to describe the data protection policies that will be enforced and/or utilized by Hourglass Education Technology Solutions, LLC as part of an Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between [Educational Organization] ("Organization"), and Hourglass Education Technology Solutions, LLC ("Company") (collectively, the "Parties"). This Policy shall not supplement and/or amend the Agreement entered into between the Parties.
