This Software as a Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) provides the terms and conditions governing your access and use of proprietary software-as-a-service offerings such as the data quality and cloud monitoring platform DataRadar Solutions™ (the “Services”) offered by CFS Media Group LLC, a California limited liability company, dba DataRadar Solutions (“Provider”) through the marketplace offered by Snowflake (the “Marketplace”). By clicking to or otherwise indicating consent to or accessing or using the Services, you agree on behalf of yourself and your organization (“Customer”) to be bound by and comply with this Agreement, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind Customer to this Agreement. Provider may update this Agreement from time to time by notifying Customer of such updates by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Agreement through the Marketplace.
