This Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of the Agreement (as defined below) entered into between Moveworks, Inc. (“Moveworks”) and the customer as identified in the Agreement (“Customer”) (the “Agreement”), and governs the Processing of Personal Data by Moveworks in providing its SaaS-based artificial intelligence (AI) product (the “Moveworks Product”) pursuant to the Agreement. All capitalized terms not defined in this DPA shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.
