THIS CONTRACT AGREEMENT, made this day of , , by and between the City of Hamilton (City), a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Montana, as grantor of City public wastewater treatment services, and Ravalli County (Grantee), as recipient(s) of City public wastewater treatment services, hereafter referred to as "Grantee," whose mailing address is 215
