Previously, the Parties entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement as of July 1, 2017 for the implementation of Tempe PRE during Fiscal Year 2017-2018 as amended by Addendum No. 1 dated as of December 21, 2017 and Addendum No. 2 dated as of March 21, 2018 (collectively the “Original Agreement”)
